Setting and achieving fitness goals is crucial to your overall wellness. Setting objectives can help you push through the most challenging times to make a change that will stay longer, hold yourself more accountable, and demonstrate to yourself what you are capable of.
When making goals, one of the biggest mistakes people make is attempting to do too much at once. Rather than attempting to do it all at once, work on developing a pattern at the gym and then work on modifying your diet, regardless of whether you want to go to the gym every day or cut out added sugar.
Craig Robinson is attempting to maintain his fitness, but anyone may readily adopt his method—even those who are not famous. "One of my main goals is to live a healthy lifestyle,” the 52-year-old Robinson exclusively tells Us Weekly‘s feature.
The actor who plays the lead in Peacock's sitcom Killing It is merely trying to get himself moving. He tells Us, "Consistency is key, and my goal is to work out a little every day, even if it’s just for five minutes.”
Even walking can have a positive impact on one's general health, and Robinson has many options if he needs additional assistance when hiking. The comedian also revealed some fun facts about himself that you might not have known about, so keep scrolling and check them out.
“I collect walking canes from all over the world — France, Jamaica, Africa,” he says.
