Pets love it when we are home. Yes, they really do. But they seem less enthusiastic when we are home all day long. When are the dogs happiest? When we get back home from work... And we are depriving them of that joy now.

Seriously, both cats and dogs are creatures of habit, and they are used to seeing us leave and come back after a while, and this quarantine is totally messing with their inner clocks. 

Another thing that’s confusing for pets is that when the owners are home, then it’s playtime. They went to work, they got back, and now they are all theirs. But now, the owners are not paying attention to them because they have to work, so they tend to become a little bit needy, and in some cases, drama queens.
