If you have Netflix in North America you may have noticed that their partnership with Nickelodeon included their animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender (AKA Avatar: The Legend of Aang.) In the early 2000's, Avatar aired to delighted fans for three seasons and was highly regarded as one of the greatest television series of all time.
In 2012, a subsequent series called Avatar: The Legend of Korra also ran for four successful seasons, receiving critical acclaim like it's predecessor. Fans today still adore both shows (which are both available for viewing on Netflix in North America right now,) so it should come as no surprise that artists like Angelica H Thomas are still creating fan art.
Angelica's artist name is Artzipants Illustrations and she created a series dubbed "Catvatar," where several beloved Avatar characters were transformed into illustrated cats. She totally nailed it!
