Man From Brooklyn Is Petitioning For A Brand-New Emoji To Be Created: Little Baby Yoda

Baby Yoda is a favorite character, and now one of his fans is trying to make him into an emoji.

Baby Yoda was an instant love story for many people. A character from the Disney+ show “The Mandalorian” quickly gained popularity and it is now a base for many memes online.

One man from Brooklyn wants to take it one level up and turn Baby Yoda into an emoji.

"I was like you know what this would be a dope emoji and then the memes added onto it,” said Travis Bramble.

Since he is experienced in crowdsourcing, he started a petition to give this cute character a recognition he deserves; an emoji of his own.

"I was a die-hard baby Yoda fan as soon as I saw those beautiful eyes,” told Bramble.

He’s expecting to get noticed by Disney, Apple, and Unicode, who build emojis. They said they haven’t gotten an official request yet.

"Instead of a smiley face, you could send a baby yoga cute little Baby Yoda just, so you know, to lighten the mood,” Bramble stated.

If the petition doesn't get their attention, Bramble expects a new song will get him noticed.

"The baby Yoda emoji would mean a lot of things, it would mean please, thank you, if he's in a pod - I’m sleeping, so don't bother me,” Bramble explains.

He is hoping that the petition will hit a million signatures by 2020.
